I believe this is the lovely lady from STOP IT RIGHT NOW or Devon Aoki, as one reader said. In my defense, I did think it was Aoki at first, but decided to go with the STOP IT RIGHT NOW blogger.

I don't know! Maybe I'm just making excuses for this lame misinterpretation. I'M SORRY!!! My gosh... now I'm hysterical.
